Note: Prior to study launch, we changed the primary outcome of the study to reach (clinician-documented program delivery of the S.A.F.E. Firearm program in the electronic health record). We will still collect parent-reported clinician delivery of the S.A.F.E. Firearm program (fidelity) as a secondary outcome.
